Current corona measures in the funded family counseling centers
In order to protect particularly vulnerable people, the following can be offered if the counseling center is able to:
- telephone consultation or
- online formats.
Face-to-face counseling in court, in hospital and in facilities for disabled people depend on compliance with protective measures and should be clarified with those responsible on site.
We wish to make clear that a worsening of the epidemiological situation will lead to a rapid change in the legal position. A dynamic and rapid adjustment to the legal situation based on the infection situation is a key factor in stopping the further spread of disease.
